Summary

Courses at Various Locations. Our courses, training and workshops are held on request.

Course Descriptions. The basic courses are:

  • Yoga Science. What is Yoga? Patanjali’s ‘Yoga Sutra’. Fundamentals of Shatkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation. Description of subtle body (Koshas), main Chakras and Nadis. Practice of  selected shatkarma, asanas, pranayama, bandha, yoga nidra, meditation and mantra. (5 Days – 4 hrs. per day)
  • Pranayama and Meditation (5 Days – 3 hrs. per day)
  • Aura Healing (Pran Therapy) Level -1. Basics of pran therapy, scanning of aura and  general treatment. (3 Days – 5 hrs. per day)
  • Aura Healing (Pran Therapy) Level -2. Precise treatment, distance healing, and yogic teachings to increase power of mind. (3 Days – 5 hrs. per day)
  • Refresher Program. This is for students who have already learned aura healing from Pavan Jain. (2 Day – 5 hrs. per day)

Training

  • General Health – Training to take care of physical body, subtle body (Aura) and mind through Asanas, Pranayama, meditation etc. (10 Days – 2 hrs. per day)

Workshops. Free one-hour workshops are available on request on:

  • Aura care (care of energy body and chakras) to remain healthy throughout life, to cure common ailments and to protect against negative energy
  • Prevention of spinal problems through better posture for rest and work

Course Arrangements. Below are some guidelines for courses and training.

  • Training is given in a group of maximum twenty persons.
  • Training can be taken individually as a special case.

Accommodation & Meals. Students are required to make their own arrangements for lodging and meals for programs in the Iowa City area.
